Privacy Policy

This policy explains how AIQ Innovation Group ("AIQ", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through aiqinnovation.ai and in the course of our services. We are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Our office is at Level 14, 15 Blue Street, North Sydney NSW 2060.

Contact and enquiry forms. Your name, email address, organisation and the message you send us, so we can respond to your enquiry.

Newsletter. Your email address and, where you give it, your name, so we can send you the updates you asked for. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.

AI adoption check. Your answers to the six questions, the result they produce, and the name, email address and organisation you give at the end so we can send you your results and a suggested next step.

Chat assistant. Messages you exchange with AIQ Buddy, the assistant on this site, and anything you choose to share in that conversation. Please do not share sensitive or confidential information through the chat.

Bookings. When you click through to book a meeting or coaching session we record that a booking link was used, so we can understand which pages lead to conversations. The booking itself is handled by the scheduling provider you land on.

Technical information. Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam, which collects device and interaction data under Google's privacy policy. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP addresses, to keep the site secure and available.

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, deliver the results, emails and updates you have asked for, scope and deliver our services, improve this website and the assistant, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

We may send you information about AIQ services that we think are relevant to your enquiry or assessment. You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at hello@aiqinnovation.ai.

We use trusted service providers to run this site and our communications: a database and authentication platform to store form submissions, assessment results and chat transcripts; an email delivery service to send assessment results and other transactional email; an AI model provider to generate the chat assistant's replies; Google for reCAPTCHA; and a scheduling provider for bookings. Each provider only receives the information needed to perform its service. Some providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States.

We will otherwise only disclose personal information where you have consented, where it is required or authorised by law, or where it is necessary to protect our rights or safety.

Information is stored with reputable providers that use encryption in transit and at rest and industry-standard access controls. Access within AIQ is limited to people who need it to do their work. We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, and then delete or de-identify it.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@aiqinnovation.ai. We will respond within a reasonable time, usually 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

This site uses a small amount of browser storage to remember your progress in the AI adoption check, keep your chat conversation open, and avoid showing you the same newsletter prompt repeatedly. reCAPTCHA sets its own cookies. We do not use advertising cookies.
