This website is operated by AIQ Innovation Group ("AIQ", "we", "us") of Level 14, 15 Blue Street, North Sydney NSW 2060. By using the site, including the AI adoption check and the chat assistant, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website only. Coaching, workshops, capability programmes and build work are delivered under a separate engagement agreement, which takes precedence for that work.

The content on this site, the results of the AI adoption check and the replies of the chat assistant are general information about AI adoption. They are not professional, legal, financial or technical advice, and they are not tailored to your organisation until we have worked with you directly. Figures we quote from past engagements describe those engagements and are not a promise of results for yours.

The chat assistant is automated and may make mistakes. Check anything important with us before acting on it.

You may use the site for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with its operation or with other people's use of it. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems, scrape or bulk-download content, submit false information through our forms, or use the chat assistant to generate unlawful, harmful or abusive content.

Everything on this site, including text, design, the AIQ name and logo, the AI adoption check and its results framework, is owned by or licensed to AIQ and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print pages for your own reference. Any other use, including reproduction or republication, needs our written permission.

Anything you submit through the site (enquiries, assessment answers, chat messages) remains yours. You give us permission to use it to respond to you, deliver our services and improve the site, as described in our privacy policy.

The site links to and relies on third-party services, including a scheduling provider for bookings and Google reCAPTCHA on our forms. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control and are not responsible for.

We aim to keep the site accurate and available but do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of harmful components. We may change or remove content at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, AIQ excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded; where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to re-supplying the relevant service.
